One thing that makes us very proud at PopCultureSpot.com is our worldwide operation. We proudly ship around the globe and have done so for nearly 15 years. With that being noted, we must inform our international customers that the United States Postal Service has increased our mailing costs from 55-80% worldwide. We are mitigating the costs as much as possible and the rates that you have for shipments is as low as we can now offer them as we offer lower rates than almost anyone in the business.
We felt that it was of major importance to make this statement to let you know of this as our customers and that we've done all that is possible to lessen the cost as much as we can.
Effective January 27, 2013, shipping to Canada gets even better! As part of a new initiative between the USPS and Canadian Post, all orders will be provided with tracking numbers between our two countries. Currently, all air mail shipments provide us with a customs control number that allows for certain checkpoint data to be shared with our internal system, but with the new shipping alliance, all Canadian customers (along with our current United States customers) will get to track the package throughout the process.
When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive our standard shipping notice along with the tracking number that can then be clicked on for further shipping details. As it currently stands, we still anticipate the standard 7-14 days for delivery to Canada from the United States.
We're quite psyched to let you know that we have so many exciting new products coming in during the next weeks and several months. So, what's coming in? Well, that's under wraps for now, but we can tell you that we're expanding our world of pop culture kitsch.
For many years, we brought to you original and high quality licensed products from pins to stickers. Over the past few years, we've wound down those products as we've felt that only fresh and original licensed products should be our continuing hallmark. At PopCultureSpot.com, we first pick 'em like we like 'em. It's simple, if we'd buy it for ourselves, it's then something that we'd like to bring to our customers. We're big Doctor Who fans here and what if we brought in some original Doctor Who licensed product that isn't the run of the mill product? Oops...... We might be giving one of the lines away right now! :) Stay tuned.... Plenty of non-licensed original items and a mix of some terrific licensed and original products, yup, they're coming soon!

In October 2012, we launched our new site, dramatically overhauling our web operations in the our boldest changes in over a decade. We will be continuing to build on these improvements throughout this year.

We hope you're having a great start to the month of December! We'd like to give you our quick, periodic inventory update. After more than four months, the Moose Bobble Head Doll has returned in-stock. They're going very quickly, so order fast!
As of today, the Wiggling Hula Girl Doll, Boston Terrier Dog, White Tiger Cat, and Mini Kitty Cat Bobble Head have gone out of stock. We expect these products to arrive back in between the 10th and 15th of the month. The Doberman Pinscher is not expected to be restocked until late December.
As with every holiday season, we work extremely hard to bring in a large volume of product, but some products run out of stock more quickly than we estimated due to popularity, so we suggest ordering as quickly as possible to ensure full product availability.

We'd like to remind all of our guests to consult our 2012 Holiday Shipping Guide where you can see our domestic and international shipping deadlines. As of today, December 3rd, we'd like to update our international guests with delivery times. Right now, Australia and Great Britain are averaging delivery times of 7-10 days from shipment. Our friends in Canada are averaging 5-8 days from shipment and most other countries in Europe are hovering around two weeks from shipment.
