HOW CAN YOU ORDER?
For your convenience, online ordering is available to customers around the world, twenty four hours a day with many payment options available. Our office hours are from 9 AM until 5 AM Eastern, Monday through Friday and 9 AM until 2 PM on Saturday.
We strive to process and ship your order within one business day. Please consult our Shipping Guide for United States and International shipping methods and rates. All orders in the United States ship for $5.49!

DO YOU GET A FREE GIFT?
You do! Your gift is automatically included with no coupon code being needed! With each and every order, we provide a free gift from the store. It could be one of the hundreds of products that we carry! Plus, each time you order, we always make certain that we have a different cool gift.
IS IT EASY TO SHOP ONLINE?
Absolutely! We have a system designed for quick and easy ordering. To make the process simple, we don't require you to log in, create an account, and go through other slow ordering processes. It's simple, straightforward, and fun!

We do not store any of your credit card information locally or externally. We have full PCI compliance and when your credit card is processed through our partner, Shopify Payments, your credit card number is never exposed to us or anyone.
WHAT ABOUT THE PRODUCTS?
All products that we carry with licenses (examples include Harry Potter, DC Comics, Star Trek, etc.) are all officially licensed. This means that they are officially authorized for the manufacturer of the product to produce the product and to provide to you a product of high quality. We always tell customers to beware of unlicensed products that are all over the internet. Not only are they not official, they are not of quality standards, and they are counterfeit.
WHAT ABOUT SITE SECURITY?
Our website is fully secured and you'll see "https" in your website address indicating that all of the data on our site is scrambled and secured.
WHAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
It's very easy to pay by money order or check. Just fill your shopping cart and checkout through our online shopping cart system. When selecting your payment method, choose Money Order as your payment method. Once you complete your order, an email will be sent to you right away with instructions as to where to mail your payment.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
If you live in the State of Florida, sales tax will be collected on your order in the amount of 6%. All other states and countries are omitted from the collection of sales tax.
CAN YOU SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?
Of course! Many orders throughout each day are sent as gifts to loved one around the world. We include a packing slip that reflects the quantity and products in the order, but without information about the cost of the items and order. You can also add a free gift message and you're able to add gift wrapping if you wish to send the order in a snazzy package.
DO YOU HAVE TO SPEND A MINIMUM AMOUNT?
Have you seen many mail order catalog and Internet companies out there? Many of them actually require you to make a minimum purchase and pay for exceptionally high shipping & handling. There are absolutely no minimums here! Whether you spend $3 or $300, you're treated like royalty regardless of the order size!
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?
One of our team members will contact you if a product has gone out of stock. Typically, out of stock products return to our facility within a matter of days, so the order reflects virtually no delay in shipment.
WHAT IF ENOUGH QUANTITY ISN'T AVAILABLE IN MY SHOPPING CART? (Updated 3/15/17)
Our system is designed to go hand in hand with our inventory in real time. You may find that the quantity of a product you're buying might not reflect the total that you are looking to purchase. If that is the case, it's because our inventory has gone below that level. We've found that many times companies show that proper quantity levels are in-stock, but when they go to fulfill your order, they aren't and it can be frustrating as a customer. Instead, we try to have accurate inventory levels to alleviate that concern.
Please send us an email at guestservices@popculturespot.com with the product that you're looking for along with the quantity and we'll let you know when more inventory is coming in, which is very likely to be within the next few days, as we constantly have product coming into our facility.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO WE USE?
We consider environmental impact to be an important issue at the PopCultureSpot. We have been a leader in the use of innovative packaging for mail-order shipping. We re-use all packaging material provided for the safe shipment of your order. From recycled padding to the reuse of newsprint, we are constantly providing a quality shipment with an emphasis on recycling. All shipments use the most space effective packaging from our cardboard boxes to padded mailers. We reuse more than 75% of the packaging that comes into our facility.
WHO ARE THESE KITTY MASCOTS?
We have two official mascots of PopCultureSpot: Tickles and Marv the Cats. You'll see them pop up all over the store. Read more about the history of our official spokeskitties.
HOW WILL YOU LIKE OUR PRODUCTS?
Our research shows that the PopCultureSpot customer will love their products! In the event that you have a product that needs to be returned, all you have to do is return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the date of delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. Products being returned after that time will not be accepted. If you received a defective product, we ask that you ship the product back to us. Once we receive the product back at our facility, we will ship a replacement product and a refund for the cost of your shipping of the returned product. Send the product to us at:
