Halloween 2017 Ordering Deadlines October 21, 2017 14:04

Our United States Halloween standard shipping delivery deadline is Thursday, October 26th at Noon Eastern and expedited shipping within the United States on Saturday, October 28th at Noon Eastern. Standard shipping is 2-4 business days and expedited shipping is 1-3 business days. 

Overnight deadline is October 30th to all major metropolitan areas in the United States. Rural locations are suggested to order by October 28th by 10 am Eastern,.

We're very excited to announce a change for standard shipping within the United States. Effective today, April 7, 2017, all orders that are $49 and about qualify for free standard shipping, which is 2-4 business days for delivery. As you know, we work meticulously to keep our shipping rates low and we're very pleased to offer this new price-point. Shipping for all orders below $49 remain $4.50.

As of today, June 30, 2015, we have switched from tiered shipping within the United States to flat-rate shipping. No matter the order size, it's $4 to ship anywhere within the United States!

Throughout the years, our shipping costs have skyrocketed as all the major carriers have increased rates up to multiple times in a calendar year. We've decided to switch to a flat-rate that is not only fair, but will also lower the costs for many of our customers. Our standard average order will see an average reduction of $1 in their shipping costs!

Valentine's Day Shipping Delays Due to Winter Storm February 10, 2014 11:49

The metropolitan Atlanta area is anticipating a major snow and ice event that will begin on Monday, February 10th and will continue through Wednesday, February 12th. Due to this event, fourteen counties in the area have already been declared disaster areas and we're anticipating a near shutdown of all facilities in the area.

As of Noon Eastern on the 10th, we are unable to guarantee delivery for Valentine's Day. We anticipate that shipping will resume at least in part on Thursday, February 13th, but the backlog throughout the USPS and UPS could cause even packages being shipped with overnight service to be delayed.

Thanks for stopping by right here at! As you know, shopping for the Christmas holiday season is in full force and it's getting busy here, out there, and everywhere! Please remember to consult our Holiday Shipping Guide for our holiday ordering and delivery deadlines.

Our inventory has been running down on some products, but we have new inventory coming in on a daily basis. Our system is updated during the day to reflect our current inventory within a few hours and we do advise to start ordering today! While we've been at this a long time and we have various models to help guide us as to how much of a particular product to have in at any given time, the closer we get to Christmas, the harder it may become for us to be restocked if a particular product is out of stock.

As of today, December 5th, the following products are being discontinued: Mini Trash and Recycling Can Set and the Bacon Bobble Head.

United States East Coast Delays November 05, 2012 08:15

In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, there are many disruptions to the shipping and supply network in the Tri-State and many areas of the East Coast. Please be advised that if you are in New Jersey and areas around NYC, USPS and Fedex delivery will very likely be delayed. There are several hundred post offices, processing centers, and other distribution components either closed or in limited service.

Additionally, we have delays in shipments of merchandise to our company. We're currently working to get further data as one of our lines of products is excepted to be impacted for the holiday season. We'll have further details shortly.

So, you're ready to place your order, but you're wondering, "How's it all put together?" Our little guide will walk you through the process of your package going from the worldwide headquarters of to your hands!

Having been in the mail order business for 14 years, we at have perfected the art of packaging. First of all, your package needs to arrive safe and sound, so we ship in quality, durable cardboard boxes and padded bubble mailers depending upon the type of product that you're purchasing. Secondly, your product is shipped in compact, tight packaging, ensuring that your product is not only protected, but the box is solid and durable, preventing crushing.

You might find bubble wrap or newsprint included as packaging material in your order. We believe in environmental sustainability, so we're very focused on reusing and recycling. When the products arrive from manufacturers, we receive countless volumes of packaging material. Instead of discarding that packaging material, we make every effort to reuse at least 90% of all the materials that we've received. Additionally, our office paper comes from mixed use and recycled materials.

So, once we have your box and packaging materials, the fun stuff is ready to go into the box! We take pride in securely packaging and examing each product before they ship.

Once your product has been packaged up, we add in a printed invoice, your free gift, and sometimes even more! It's now on to the sealing process. Your box is carefully taped (or mailer secured) and then your shipping label adhesed. We ship via the USPS and UPS at regular intervals during the business day, Monday through Friday. Just look for the logo seal with Tickles the Cat to know that your package from us has arrived!
